So let me get this straight. The free market is finally stepping in to clean up the mess that Grey Davis "could have fixed in 20 minutes"? This is SO opposite what Greyout Davis envisioned with his California Power Authority. Greyout wanted a Soviet-style utility to fix the problems.
Perhaps there is hope for California after all. This would have made Ronald Reagan smile.
