I'm copying the thread location to my home page, so I can find it when I need it.
Strikeover Crossing things out is my favorite!

I'll see your <ul> and raise you
<ol><li>one
<li>two
<li>three
<li>four
</ol>
Which yields:
- one
- two
- three
- four
(Bullet points or numbered lists can be nested, too).

Now my only problem is getting them from the web. I don't know how to convert web photos from bitmap to jpgs. I'll try resizing next.

I beg your freakin' pardon!
Kerry would not only give you a dead link, but take your original IE page away from Free Republic!
I'll reiterate... the proper way to link is thus:
<a href="my link" target="new">MY LINK</a>

I have a query for you that are so wise in the ways of HTML. Do you have to type each individual font color to get that pretty rainbow font that classygreeneyedblonde used or did he/she use a single command?

I don't understand a word you said. But I'm okay with that ... one hurdle at a time! I just figured out the tree snake a few days ago, and not long before that, I learned to
line break!

I want to try fonts and colors. Let's try
Red. Cool it works.
Let's try big red: Red. Way cool.
Let me try that list thing. Reasons NOT to vote for Kerry:
Thank you. This will be very helpful..

Indicating the end of sarcasm is done by </sarcasm>
But how do you display the "less than symobol which HTML would try to interpret if explicitly stated?
The way I do it is to use the ampersand (shift-7 key) followed immediately by LT;

Ordered lists (similar to
lelio's "unordered list" in #8 are also useful:
<OL>
<LI>First List Item
<LI>Second List Item
<LI>Third List Item
</OL>
produces this:
- First List Item
- Second List Item
- Third List Item
