Maybe he can tutor the rest of the convicts in math. No, I don't want convicts thinking that "average" and "median" are identical.

One more time: a citizen making a report cannot be held to account for the discretionary act of a government official with respect to that report, unless that report can be shown to be false.
I reported what you posted. I didn't make anything up. You are going to have no case.

No, I don't want convicts thinking that "average" and "median" are identical. Actually, by the usual definition, the meaning for "average" encompasses "mode", "mean" (arithmetical mean, usually), and "median." (See, for instance, here or here.)

That's your problem, The thread here shows you trying to rationalize what you've done and excuse it based on what you say happened to others. That's why I said keep talking. You'll need an attourney if you weren't pulling my chain. And I ain't kidding. You'll need one for them, and then one for me.

No, I'm talking about the big boys, the JDs and MDs. I love anti-union lawyers and doctors when they have the best unions in the world. But that'll change when the corporations see the benefit of losing their $500 an hour corporate counsels and the wages of doctors on their insurance plans.
To: radicalamericannationalist
Well, the MD's are in the sights now.
Health insurers are looking SERIOUSLY at flying major surgery patients to India for the procedures. After airfare and all the other expenses, it's still about a 50% savings.

It's going to Quebec of all places, possibly the most socialistic part of Canada... Clearly an anomaly. However, all the others were relocating to Argentina and mexico.

Thing I'm waiting to see is corporatization of the higher education system so they can screw people more thoroughly. Stick around. It's called No Child Left Behind. It's going to do to the suburban good public schools what forced bussing in the 1970s did to good inner city public schools. Then the for-profit educrats (as opposed to the public school educrats) will be right in there ready to lap up the gov't contracts.

If you dump raw toxic waste into a river, people downstream die of cancer. Is that such a reach for you ? Seriously. Nature is no respecter of politics. The chemicals don't care what your political party is. Fact is, communist regimes are and have been some of the worst polluters on the face of the planet. What China has now is the *worst* of capitalism with none of the benefits of freedom - all overlaid by a communist dictatorship.
To: Havoc
Shows up a lot on religion threads. who'd a thunk it. Idealized laissez-faire capitalism has become a sort of religion.
