Soooooo....is this court going to send someone to arrest President Bush, and haul him before the court for sentencing? That would be interesting to watch.

Proving once and for all that international institutions are the tools of brutal dictators and tyrants, and the enemy of the free world?

...and all civil personnel of the United States would be constitutionally and otherwise...

So now they're the ultimate arbiter of our constitution?

the use of radioactive depleted uranium weapons of mass destruction , against the people of Afghanistan ; with serious fall out effects on the military personnel of the United States ,UK and other forces deployed ; and on countries, in and around the region.

Evidently this cabal of clowns hasn't clue #1 what DU is ised for nor it's total lack of radioactive properties. This alone tells me this entire "investigation" is a crock.

These IDIOTS have no idea what they are talking about...do they?

citizens ,soldiers and all civil personnel of the United States would be constitutionally and otherwise , justified in withdrawing all co-operation from the Defendant and his government

Maybe someone should send them a copy of the US Constitution.
