Kerry saying "I've had only one position on Iraq" is like him saying "I'm a 5 foot tall blonde girl named Frieda, and I've never been to Vietnam." Um, perhaps you're sharing a bit too much with us....{grin}
As to point #2 - bingo - Kerry will say whatever will get him the biggest "score".
