I belive the Kerry camp had there hands forged memo but we need to build a solid case to really finish them off

For any overt action, one needs a paper trail to follow-up the more obvious, most often verbal, "so-and-so" taken off flight status -- didn't take the flight physical."

What the Dims have wrongly taken as disobeying an order and punitive write-up was just boilerplate language to backstop somebody's verbal order telling the clerk to move 1LT Bush's card over to non-flying status.
