Body of article is in archives. Do we want to let these guys off the hook? They also made the claim that they "scored another bulls-eye" with an article on Sept. 8th. The SAME day as the CBS RATHERGATE but they claim to have independently found the evidence.
Isn't it surprising how all these news organizations came up with the fake memos and didn't check out the source. They must have had a nudge from an "unimpeachable source"
They should now reveal their source and recant.

Has anybody chronicled all the stories against the President that week? It would be interesting to see how may journalist reported the same thing, before CBS aired it's hit piece.

That Wednesday, Sept 8, was called "DNC National Guard Day" or something like that on Drudge. Just a coincedence, I'm sure...

All this mud thrwoing at the president is just a feeble attempt to suppress the votes of Evangelicals.
I'm calling it voter supression!

Bush signed Form 180, Kerry did not.
Bush disclosed all of his activities with real documents, Kerry re-created a dubious "mission" in Viet Nam on 8mm home movies.
Bush served honorably, Kerry admits he did NOT serve honorably. (Shirk his duty?)
Bush served, received an honorable discharge, and got into public service. Kerry was not yet discharged and went to Paris to aid and abet the enemy. (Shirk his duty?)

One more thing - Kerry returned from his 4-month photo-op in Vietnam to be a traitor to the United States of America.

It's called conspiracy. I believe that 60 Minutes was to be the spark that ignited carefully laid charges so that one would seem to be corroboration (sp?) of another, thus giving rise to an impenetrable perception of President Bush "shirking" his duty. Look to kitty's book for clues of unexploded charges that may yet be detonated.
Someone needs to go to prison over this.

Amazing the arrogance of the "reporters" who expect us to believe them instead of those who gave him an honorable discharge.

Your damn right it was a conspiracy. And all the MSM like Boston Globe and USA Today were in on it.
If you go back through the Globe archives for several days leading up to Sept. 8th when both the Globe and CBS "broke" the story, you can see how the preceding stories about the election--and stories coming out of the Kerry campaign press releases--were leading up to it.
They had been spoon fed this story by the Kerry campaign.
Mass. freepers should get on the Globe's butt.

It's called conspiracy. I believe that 60 Minutes was to be the spark that ignited carefully laid charges so that one would seem to be corroboration . . . of another . . .
Hillary's White House in 1995 called it the "Communication Stream of Conspiracy Commerce" when the story was merely about talk radio rather than forged documents.

The Boston Globe? Sister paper to the Los Angeles Times, both of which are owned by the New York Times? Thanks, but Dan Rather has insulted my intelligence to the limit today. Come back tomorrow.

So if these groups did coordinate with the Kerry people, that would be illegal, in accordance with McCain/Feingold? Right?

Half right. The NY Times owns the Globe, but not the LA Times, which is part of the Tribune Company.

This story is soooooooo old. Why don't they declare an end to WWII while they keep chipping away at this non-story?
