"...Is Claremont an all-girls school..."
~ Blue Jays ~
The Claremont colleges are made up of several colleges in the city of Claremont. It's not all girls by any means.
She "Ratherized" her car.
I think I like this judge, he didn't mess around with her sob-story he just had the cuffs slapped on her.
A psych examination in jail doesn't sound very fun. And ya' know? I think she really is mentally ill.
Lemmings on college campuses? Judge Horan, say it ain't so!
I think it's hilarious that he's ordered this psych evaluation. It puts Dunn in a pretty tight corner. If she admits to the shrinks that she did the crime and expresses remorse to them, she knows she'll get a reduced sentence. That's what Horan wants: an admission and some remorse. Of course, her remaining defenders will then have a much tougher time making her a cause celebre and martyr.
But if she persists in denying the obvious, she'll be in the cooler longer.
And I still have heard nothing about disbarment proceedings against her.
Ah yes, liberalism is a mental disorder, thats for sure.
She passed the bar too. She needs to be disbarred. She's unfit to be in the profession. Why is nobody reporting on this?

She's a lefty liberal, but unfortunately a smart lefty liberal. I remember reading in some of the coverage that she's got a BA, two Masters, a PhD, and a JD. I would have to do a search to find the article again. Either way, she is cooling her heels for a bit.

Isn't the female spelled "Frances"? Or is Francis used as a woman's name? Is she a man? lol
fyi
But Dunn's middle name may be a family name, perhaps her mother's maiden surname. Hence, "francis."
Ah yes. Thank you for clearing that up. It's so obvious to me now. :)
I think I read she's a member of the Louisiana bar -- not the California bar. (She may FREQUENT California bars, but I don't think she's a California-licensed lawyer)
I can't say this type of thing "happens a lot" but it's certainly not unknown or "rare"; it's really nice to see that others recognize these types of activities is every bit as hateful, and anathema to a free society.
Thanks for clearing that up.

The way I always remember the names is that FrancEs is hErs and FrancIs is hIs. Of course, the surname explanation provided by Bonaparte is also absolutely valid. That is a very popular middle name for folks of Irish heritage.

Bump for the night shift
Dan has a memo about this somewhere. She's just gonna wait till he publishes it to "prove" she didn't do it.
