Even if it was "staged" Kerry still threw his medals over the fence. The fact that he re-enacted it for Dan Rather makes it even more sinister. The film actually shows Kerry throwing medals over the fence. So in fact, he did it twice.

Therefore, only licensed news organizations such as CBS, NBC, ABC, NYT, BG, and LAT, are afforded the collective right of the 1st. Amendment.

remember that now infamous interview he did with O'Reilly in 2001 where Dan Rather said that a honest person can tell a long string of lies and still be an honest person.
