The Dan Rather and CBS story has been on the front page for several days, and stories have run about CBS and Rather's role in controversy almost every day since the story broke. In contrast, one article was published inside about the person first credited with raising legitimate questions about the memos. That doesn't seem to me to be shifting the story from Rather or CBS, but I'll let editors know that you don't believe there should have been any coverage or curiosity about that person at all, if I am understanding you correctly.
I'm curious, though, if you have time to let me know: What specific parts of the article that ran made you think that the reporter was "insinuating" that "there's something suspicious" about the man? I'd like to pass that word along to the editors as well.

"C'mon Dan! Keep lying! Keep stonewalling! Keep it up, right up until the time of the November election when your boy Kerry loses in a humiliating defeat and your news ratings are on par with MSNBC. Then you can retire and write that tell-all book with Baghdad Bob."
All that's left is the book deal. LOL!
