Soupcon? (You'll have to imagine the little curly cedilla hanging from the "c" -- I don't know how to do it in HTML.)
The way he describes the "D", you could custom order what you wanted (presumably except Times Roman, which was not licensed to IBM).
"Consistent with" his "Well, if that's what he wrote, that's what he wrote" over the phone when he was under the impression the memos were handwritten!
Katz is also the "expert" who testified that you couldn't use a lower-case L for a numeral 1, because Word would autocorrect! At an estimate, how many people do you think have easy access to Word to test this themselves?
I have read that Barnes actually once testified under oath that he didn't pull strings for Bush, but I don't recall the specifics.
Matley's a guy -- sort of.
"Mary Mapes, the producer of the report and a well-respected, veteran journalist whose credibility has never been questioned, has been following this story for more than five years. She has a vast and detailed knowledge of the issues surrounding President Bush's service in the Guard and of the individuals involved in the story."
"At an estimate, how many people do you think have easy access to Word to test this themselves?"
Remember, these are Dims - Does WORD assume you are stupider if you are running the MAC version ?
No kidding. And why no mention of ANY EFFORT AT ALL to find out EXACTLY what sort of office equipment that ANG unit had at the time? Have they looked into this? Only two possibilities:
1) They haven't looked into it.
2) They have looked into it and didn't like what they found.
oooooooooo-ooohhhhhh!. . . Twinkie's head hurts. . %o/
Dangbad Dan is giving Twinkie a hurting head . . . ooooh!
Rather is going for the " I was duped " defence ...
Better to look like a chump then look like a fraud, hey Dan ?
