Well, you think Estrich is deceitful? I think she's just partisan....that's been my impression....but I don't mind listening to her opinions (that's not to say I agree with them, but she's not like some rabid leftwingers who scream over everybody and won't let people talk--their favorite M.O.--now that I just can't stand).
Yes, ever since she filled in for Colmes and interviewed a swiftee, and tried to move the discussion from challenging
the relevant facts to some irrelevant point.
Estrich: "So, you were not on John Kerry's boat!"
Swiftee: "I was on another boat, 50yds away, in the top gun mount, cognizant of the fleeing boat's location that was
under of the command of JF'nK, so I wouldn't hit it while I was laying down suppressing fire..."
Estrich: "So, you were not on John Kerry's boat!"
IMO, deliberately trying to mislead the viewers is deceitful.
If the swiftee had claimed that JF'nK was playing with himself while running away, or that Rassman went overboard
while being pounded from behind by JF'nK, that's a different story, and the swiftee gunner's credibility on his
non-presence on Kerry's boat a bit more of an issue...and story.
Then there was her "cat fight" with Coulter on the Geraldo.
Being a "contributor", she can't be so partisan as to ignore, deny, and mislead, and prevaricate on facts.
Make up a story (lie). Back it up with forgeries. Back up the forgeries with fraudulent experts (dupes). Dodge any claims they are forgeries. Admit to them POSSIBLY being forgeries. Proclaiming that even though they may be forgeries the content (original lie) is true. Then demand answers to the claims (lies) of the forgeries.
Yep

That's right...I forgot about that episode with the SwiftBoat Vet while she subbed. I read about it here on FR (I missed the program that night).
That is more than partisanship.
