Talk about Kerry defeatism! One has to wonder if the Kerry campaign isn't hopelessly infected with an incurrable case of Vietnam syndrome.

Holbrooke can never again be allowed to have any influence in Washington.

The problem is the rats want a war where we go in and everyone surrenders and then we turn everything over to the U.N. but it just doesn't work that way. The rats are just a bunch of girlie men.

Well the numbnuts just undercut Kerry completely. Kerry said he'd do the same thing, just differently (in every respect, whatever that means). This means that Kerry does not disagree with the strategic approach -- just the tactical implementations.
Yet here is Holbrooke now saying Iraq was strategically WORSE than Vietnam. No wonder the idiot is dropping in the polls.

Holbrooke & Albright - Clnton's lieutenants in implementing the BIG LIE that lead to the first bombings in Europe in 54 years and the genocide of christians in Kosovo.

So Kerrry favors the terrorists even more than he favored the communists?
I really wonder about his supporters.

Holbrooke isn't merely a "supporter." He speaks for the Kerry Kampaign. This should be considered the Kampaign's official position until and unless they retract it.

If you knew Holbrooke's record, this would come as no surprise: Clinton butt-boy at State Dept.
Always remember: the dems cannot win unless W loses. They will miss no opportunity to make things look bad, even if they are good.
W and the U.S. military are fighting the terrorists, the Down Stream Media amd the democrats, and he is winning on all three fronts!

Kerry don't get it. It is fair to compare these two wars in that we should win them both and we should have the American people supporting the war, not politically opportunistic slime denegrating the Flag, the troops, the mission and the Commander In Chief. Kerry, "why not stick to your surfboard which is the only vessel you're fit to command." (O'Neal-paraphrase from today)

Kerry is a NOBODY. Take away his father's connections, and never in a thousand years would he be where he is now. Take away his two super-rich wives, and he'd be tending bar somewhere, spending his days sleeping off pills and wine on a friend's couch.
This man -- and modern democrats generally -- deeply resent any person or political party that tries to accomplish something without big-government control and participation.
Look at Kerry's own senate record, to convince yourself this is a man who accomplishes NOTHING.

HOLBROOKE: Yes. It is strategically worse than Vietnam. He only says that because we won.
To: Presto
If KERRY truly thinks it is worse, then of course he must immediately volunteer to take his courage and military prowess over there and fix the problems.
