He also complained that there was no check on the bloggers. To me, it seems that he's really complaining that the bloggers have now placed a check on the networks. Yes, that's it. The Internet community has evolved into a watch dog of the MSM. Bloggers may get aspects to a news story incorrect, but their take on things can get vetted by hundreds of thousands if not millions of people, and the truth usually surfaces. We vet ourselves and we vet the news organizations, especially on important issues.
