I think it's a three-way tie. TankerKC for his initial "hey we didn't have that in the AF" post, Buckhead for his font recognition post and Howlin for her "let's do some investigating" thread that really got the ball rolling.

Okay, maybe not. But all three of these guys should get Jim's Eagle Statue as Freepers of the Year.

But remember, Bush has to win first.

At the very least, we should arrange to ship each one of these guys a cold six pack (mail order beer?) by overnight freight. In addition, each of them could also get a portion of Dan Rather's integrity, but no one seems to know where that is.

All kudos to Buckhead, TankerKC and the rest for bringing this thing to a head, but there are amany FReepers who for years have worked day in and day out on significant projects for me to vote FReeper of the Year on what amounts to a one post observation.

As significant as this thing is, the real work lies ahead in getting SeeBS to fire Rather and all who were involved in this scam.

The title is Freeper (singular) of the Year, not Freepers of the Year. Therefore the Freeper (singular) of the Year should be Buckhead. He sort of personifies it.
