My own theory is that somehow Robin Rather, his leftwing activist daughter, passed the documents to Rather. That is why he is so defensive, IT IS NOT ONLY HIS OWN SKIN HE"S protecting, it's his daughter. She could go to jail for this...he knows it and hence his out of wack response....like an injured lion protecting his lil pup!

Rather isn't going to jail...Not today, or any time in the future.
Neither will his daughter....nor will anyone else connected with this...
I will go out on a limb and say...that even if proven true beyond a shadow of doubt, NOBODY will even be fined...
