Or works like the pipeline software the Soviets stole.
trouble is, it would already be fueled then and you couldn't bomb it without irradiating and killing a whole lot of people downwind.
Hmmm. Which way does the wind generally blow there?
And when Iran breaks the deal, then what UN sanctions?
The plant cannot be allowed to go on line.
Russia has strong commercial interests in nuclear power. Putin must appease them if they want to make money in Iraq. He is beholden to them to a certain extent.
Vladimir Putin is not an absolute dictator who directs where nuclear facilities are built.
The Mohammedan terrorist killing of 150 Russian children and a lot more adults changes this equation.
generally when you see a storm move across the USA, it goes from west to east. I would imagine it's most usually the case there, also. Obviously bodies of water can affect this too, and once in awhile when you have a front coming up or pushing down it can make regional differences.
I used to have the Weather Channel at college and if I was going to ride my motorcycle, I could look at where the front was on the radar overlayed on the state map and I figured 20-25mph to be a bit fast, and I could roughly calculate when the rain would hit. So I'd decide whether to ride the motorcycle or take my car depending upon when the storm would hit the college town. It was always pretty close (The storms would usually be west about 125-150 miles). Often I'd see the storm about 60 miles out and figure I had a good two hours and then it was only 5 minutes home. Worked out pretty good.
