I wish I was smart enough to do all those cool pasteups, because when i saw the title the image od the black knight from monte python did come to mind. "Tis but a scratch"
(Roasting on a spit. Being jabbed in the ass by Satan's helpers.)
Could I have a ham sandwich, good chap? ALLAHU AKBAR! OWWWW! Stop doing that!
(Idi is jabbed by more demons. Has parts of his body fed to former Nazi stormtroopers.)
Well ya don't say!
I've said many times that I don't think the Dems appreciate the effects the internet and other alternative news sources have had on the spread of news and information. They can no longer easily get away with lies and distortions. Mark Steyn nailed it in a recent article. He pointed out that prior to the internet, it would have been very difficult to locate and make known all Kerry's statements regarding his service, and the actual facts thereof. In playing up his Vietnam service, and not expecting it to be challenged, he is still living in a three networks on TV pre-internet world.
SKerry lies and when he's called on it he cries. Poor, poor baby.
BTTT
" a controversy over Sen. John Kerry's Vietnam service has hurt the Democrat, but not necessarily with lasting consequences"
Wishful thinking on the part of the MSM. O'Neil has been preparing his case for 33 years. We're just now in the early stages of a well crafted case of comuppance. Revenge is indeed a dish best served cold
As for Steyn, all I can say is:
BRILLIANT!
The man's wittier than almost any commentator/satirist this side of Tom Wolfe.
Don't get me wrong, Christopher Buckley is a wit in his own right, but no one tops Steyn.
Funny I didn't know a hurricane fueled TORNADO was spelled "dustup"...
This is unreal.
