"Kerry also said something else that was more than a bit weird: "You'd be amazed at the number of people who want to introduce themselves to you in the men's room," he said."
It's especially weird since Kerry most likely sits down to pee.

These are the kind of word mistakes with which the media loves to skewer GW. The very fact that the NYT has outed this statement from Kerry is amazing, because they usually bury it. Or, they allow the "right-wing" to print it and then blame them for attacking Kerry.

Here's A Better One:
From a John Kerry speech commemorating Martin Luther King DaySpeaker: Senator John Forbes Kerry (MA)Title: Martin Luther King Day Celebration Remarks
Location: Richmond, VA
Date: 01/20/2003
"I will never forget - in particular - what Martin Luther King spoke of when he confessed to being what he called a 'maladjusted' citizen.
.
.
. I remember well April, 1968 - I was serving in Vietnama place of violence -- when the news reports brought home to me and my crewmates the violence back home - and the tragic news that one of the bullets flying that terrible spring took the life of that unabashedly maladjusted citizen."
He remembers it "well".
He didn't arrive in Vietnam until November 1968.
