Yeah right. Let me see. 8:PM on Thursday night? Should I watch a 33 year old tape of the latest liberal liar that I have seen 100 times already ... or the Thursday night NFL preseason game on ESPN?
Hmmmm? Looks like I need to stop by the beer and pretzel store on the way home - football season is here!
That tape of Kerry sitting there lying in front of the Senate is not going to change anybody's mind one way or the other at this point. Those that see him as a heroic saint protester standing up for what was right at the time will continue to do so. Those that see him for what he truly is, a lying manipulative piece of crap ... will continue to see him that way.
Football actually means something - it is worth something. It is modern day combat where a verdict is reached without words and in a relatively short period of time.

easy now Trigger...LOL
those of us who have not seen the Kerry appearance might like to see it...
if not at least tape it for future reference...
besides the game on ESPN is "pre-season" which means it doesn't "count" for squat and you might see the starting lineups for maybe one quarter at best. LOL
And again that's why we have VCR's so folks can watch one and tape another...LOL

Hope it is unedited. Some people within Pacifica Radio have claimed that NBC's own archive of John Kerry's testimony was trimmed down of the ugliest comments.
Pacifica had the full audio in their archives. Now the lefties at that radio station may have been claiming that the editing was done to shield Americans from the brutality of what soldiers did abroad, but worth noting that some of Kerry's comments may be trimmed.

Football actually 'means something'??? You've gotta be kidding. It's at best amusement. It's a game. Some men die in glory, some men die in flames... some men just die inch by inch playing silly games...
All right, all right... I'm ready for the firestorm.. but this is a 'Free Republic'.

Thanks for the heads up... liberals remind me of an old boyfriend of mine.. you could take a video of this guy in bed with another chick and he'd still say "wasn't me"...
dying to hear some more outrageous liberal spin on THIS.

Thanx again, Tonk, for posting all the info on Kerry.

I am becoming addicted... Welcome! and Grandma Dittos. Before I found FR, I used to "translate" what passes for news, trying to discern the facts behind reported events, as though the MSM were speaking a completely different language. Now I know that they are! It's called Liberalese.
I am wondering what kind of pressure was put on c-span to re-air that testimony at this point in the election cycle. I am suspicious of what will precede and what will follow...in the name of "evenhandedness." (See:Coulter's scewering of O'Reilly)

I'm with you ... was just expressing my disdain for that lying SOB JF Kerry who has been orchestrating this far left liberal run for the White House for more than 35 years. There is something evil about it if you stop and think about him. I remember watching his testimony when it was live - and it turned my stomach then. Nothing has change over the years. He is still sittiing there lying - everytime I see it, he never tells the truth.
I have a bumper sticker on my old truck that reads, "Boycott Hanoi Jane Fonda - American Traitor Bitch." It was a popular bumper sticker for those of us stationed at Bragg when her workout videos were the craze. In retrospect ... Kerry was just as bad or worse. Yet now he is actually a candidate for the presidency of this country. Something is wrong with all of this. This is a danger signal that we may be overlooking. Even if Dub-Yah wins by a landslide which I believe he will ... the fact remains, John Kerry is the opponent. There is something ominous and dangerous about that for this country IMHO.

Thank you. I feel inadequate to post with most of you but get so mad I feel like I will explode so I do two things I pray and go on FR.
I have been thinking about what will happen on C-span also. They have gotten more and more left wing. That needs another prayer.
Blessings
