Do you truly wish to live in a country where there are radical changes with every Presidential election? ... Change must come about in an orderly, steadfast fashion, and to hold on to the idea that each change in the Presidency could impact our society to the extent that you wish to see it change, is equivalent to desiring a dictatorship.

So, does that mean life wouldn't be so different with Kerry in office? Judging from most posts on this site, civilization as we know it will cease to exist if Bush loses.

Then why waste time criticizing what Buchanan has to say - especially when you admit you don't even know what it is he's actually saying?

Naw, I'm sure arse's like buchanan will still be able to make a quick buck selling their country out...they'll just be more in tune with the White House.

buchanan doesn't say anything new...the same old Bush hating crap he's been spouting for almost four years now just twisted around a different way.

That would mean that we would be moving in the wrong direction.

It would mean that the war would be lost, and face it, losing the war would not impact Americans in a negative manner overnight; we would still watch the NFL, still have Thanksgiving dinner, still celebrate the New Year; it would be the long-range effects that would be disastrous, and the fact that momentum would be swung about.

Again, move in an orderly fashion, and allowing the opposition time to undo whatever you may have done in the past four years would not be good.

I don't need to sit through a four hour long Fidel Castro diatribe to know what Fidel Castro has to say.

Same with Pat.

...albeit, they're both broken...lol

Still no argument just more name calling. Can you address any of the points that Buchanan raises? Of course you can't. That's okay, it's what I've come to expect

Castro and buchanan...good example. The only main difference I see is Castro doesn't try to hide his distain for America.

"PJB was a featured guest here on the FR a few year back, you should watch you mouth. "

Oh I remember very well. Buchanan was universally worshiped on FR about four + years ago and George W. Bush was universally despised. That's why I registered. I was the first to start pointing out that Buchanan was nothing but a sorry POS and Bush was a real Reagan conservative.

I got flamed and warned by JR numerous times, but it didn't take long for people to start seeing that what I was saying was true.

Since that time both Buchanan and Bush have demonstrated their true stripes and today Bush is almost universally worshipped and Buchanan is almost universally despised. (post 82)

Buchanan's point never differs.
Like you, he is a broken record.
He merely updates recycles his
criticism every four years.

What was the name of that Buchanan book ripping Bill Clinton apart for his actions while in office?

Hey now...don't try taking all the credit. I'm the one who coined the term patsy for his blind followers.

And if we're going to be brutally honest, buchanan did a pretty good job at exposing himself (now there's a mental image you don't want to have).

I still remember those days...when the "brigaders" road to the sound of pat's flatulence.

I don't seem to be able to recall the name of that book.

It's kind of like those anti-Gore commercials he ran in the last election...they're very hard to recall.

Does anyone know of a book penned by Pat critical of the Clinton administration?

Or does he just attack the GOP?

I'm sure he wrote books revealing Hillary and Bill...even he would have to consider them a greater threat to conservatism then President Bush.

It makes you wonder, is the greedy POS being paid off or is he simply that bitter after Reagan fired him.

I once wondered what 9/12 would have been like under a different candidate.

I figured Al Gore would have simply held a press conference, announced that there had been a secret recount of Florida ballots, Governor Bush had really won, then left for France.

Of course the first thing buchanan would have done would be to recall the Ambassador to Israel and launch a cruise missile strike on Mexico City.
