Well, the meaning of beeber has evolved, so to speak. This is normal for FR. Things evolve...
I went into Book Soup, an excellent book store in West Hollywood, and asked about why Unfit for Command is not available at their store yet. The assistant manager was very helpful and showed me on the computer that she has put a request in for the book, but that demand has so exceeded supply that Book Soup's distributor hasn't even delivered the first shipment yet. I think this woman was telling the truth, meaning I don't think this particular book store is refusing to seel the book. I guess the demand for Unfit to Command is just much greater than was expected.
