The alert went up this morning here in SE AZ to be on the lookout for this mutt. It is really easy to get across the border undetected here. Since Kolbe banned the use of permanent checkpoints, once he gets across he will be difficult to catch.

Interesting that he spent time on Trinidad and Tobago. There is a significant Muslim population there because of the east Indians who immigrated (or maybe they came under indentured servitude) during British colonial rule. Today, they are the merchant class and definitely are more affluent than most of the other non-Europeans on the islands.
