We still have Geronimo lines on every derrick, but no one even knows how to get on one, much less ride it.
It's a cosmetic apparatus that no one wants to discuss.

Yeah, they're uncomfortable as hell, but I've never had to hit the water in one.
The ones we have now have a big pillow thing at the back that's supposed to keep your head out of the water.
A few hours of wearing it gives a person one helluva crick in the neck!
