What the good people of Tulsa shoudl do, IMHO, is collect funds to purchase many non-exchangeable or non-refundable Greyhound tickets to San Francisco..and hand them out..they should give each person a box lunch, $10 walking around money, and a guidebook to the City by the Bay...

Our a/c repairman needs a rap in the head. Four times in six months and he can't fix the thing.
The lake bums are all at Monkey Island.
I didn't see any of them either when we were out on OUR 20' Fish 'n' Ski for the fireworks, either. ; )
Things have changed. Maybe just locally. Punks and skinheads would just set the bum on fire and pee him out!
They all cause problems too. Panhandling, tearing siding off people's homes so they can sell it at the scrap yard, thefts, you name it.
Oh yeah, that makes sense. Two guys with brass knuckles decide to roust a bum. One of them cracks the bum in the jaw with said knuckles.
The wine-sodden bum then beats the crap out of one guy with a pipe, killing him, and chases the other guy away.
Yeah, I'd say there is more to this story.
