It can't be used at trial because it doesn't contain proof of a crime, but it does show what an inhuman swine the guy is. The jury will hear it as reason to give him the death penalty.
WS just posted the entire transcript of the phone call. Someone there said this tape may be played for the Jury. It is a very emotional conversation. Peterson just keeps on saying the same useless stuff over and over. Sharon yells at him "SHUT UP, Your disgusting. Quit lying and take responsibility for once in your life. Nobody in this town can stand to look at your face. On and on.

Brad, the search center guy said Amber never discussed being afraid of Scott and how madly in love she was..anyone else would have been very afraid!

You mean this guy wanted to NOW take Amber out in "the" boat??? Cripes, there is no bottom for this guy. My God, I hope the Jury convicts him. I've watched trials where convictions are gotten on a lot less than this. One thing that is just GREAT evidence is his attempt to flee the Country. THAT will be the one thing that the Judge can tell the Jury that those actions show "Consciousness of Guilt". There is no other REASONABLE explanation for all the stuff he had and for what he had done to himself. He definitely tried to change his appearance and his identity.!!

NY I'm almost positive is one of those states like Wisconsin where the other party must be informed ahead of time. In Maryland I sort of remember Linda Tripp getting into trouble for the same thing by taping Lewinsky without telling her. You're right about the courts obviously, they can overrule any state or federal law if there's a criminal investigation going on.
I heard that interview where Snott comes in early before everyone else and then comes in at night when they are all gone......what a guy.....Geragross will be very interesting to watch as he does damage repair LOL....a LOTTA work !
But did you hear the part where Brad Saltzman says that at the end of the day, Scott and HIS FATHER, would go in the bar and drink and watch sports?!!
Scott wants to be Amber's best friend for the rest of their lives, her comfort and the second most important part of her life.
Laci was "Fine" with this after he told her after his first date with Amber..
He brought a birthday gift to Amber and put it under a bush on the Feb 10th, the baby's due date.
