The book is well written and concise. The Christmas in Cambodia, and all of John Kerry's other exaggerations and lies fill the first half of the book.
By far,, the most damning part is the part after he leaves Vietnam, and still in the military, damns and defames his fellow servicemen and gives aid and comfort to the enemy.
John Kerry meets with the Communist reps of the Viet Cong in Paris once, more likely twice.

excellent column. I am even more motivated to prevent this traitor from becoming President than I was before. I can't wait to get this book!

Hoffmann told Kerry that he and the vast majority of his shipmates could never forgive him for his defamation of our Navy and other US Armed Forces by his slanderous and undocumented accusations of unspeakable atrocities in Vietnam before the US Congress in 1971, his leadership in the VVAW, and his association with the traitorous Jane Fonda and others of her ilk. Surprisingly, Kerry responded by simply saying that he “was expressing his conviction”.

My copy arrived today from Amazon-took 2 weeks from pre order to arrival.
However, 4 pages of the photographs are white.
Normally, I would return the book. In this case, I tried to buy a second copy.
Borders, Waldenbooks and Barnes and Noble-had no copies and the back order was a few weeks.
The nose ringed, spiked hair Jeanne Garofolo type clerks acted as if I was asking them to check on child porn.
On the Fox roundtable tonight-Fred Barnes and Mort Kondrake both got the book and read it and were apoplectic that the MSM is ignoring the story.
Fred said that in all his years of being a journalist, this was the biggest case of journalistic malfeasance he has ever seen.
The Kerry camp has said they do not fear the book-
as " no one in the MSM would dare ask them any questions about it-as they want us to win."
A word of caution to anyone with a sleeping disorder-
Do Not read this book before bed- you will be so riled up-not only at Kerry's history, but, the media's cover up-that sleep will elude you for hours.
Too bad there is a court martial statute of limitations.
