He(wallace) was'nt busted hard enough!!!!
Believe it or not I use to deliver water to this guy about 3 years ago. He lives in a condo on Park ave, and I met him twice and he was really a good natured guy, use to joke a lot. Maybe Andy Rooney is getting on his nerves.
They should have given ole drunken Mike Wallace a workout in the tombs. Show him how the real NYC criminals are treated.
As stated on the other thread numerous times, I am sure "Do you know who I am?" was one of the first things this self-important liberal blowhard said to the officers.
Too bad they didn't do a Sipowicz-style NYPD Blue-type "beat down" on the perp. (That was a joke of course for anyone who is upset with the idea of an 86-year old liberal getting the piss knocke out of him). :)
What I want to know is how in the hell does an 86 year old guy have all his hair when I started going bald at 23? It`s not faaaaaaair! ha ha! Just like Ronald Reagan as well, is there some miracle baldness cure these guys used?
He'll get a slap on the wrist, nothing more.
After I saw him "accidently" on the ESPN #25 episode concerning Pete Rose, give his $0.02 about "character"....
If I could do a cartwheel,I would...
Not only did Ronnie Have all of his hair, those who should have known insisted years after his presidency that his hair was not dyed.
Did someone call up Bill Moyers to see if he could give Mikey a ride home?
lol!

CBS newsman Mike Wallace issued summons for disorderly conduct
Associated Press
NEW YORK -- Veteran "60 Minutes" correspondent Mike Wallace was handcuffed and driven to a police station Tuesday night after arguing with city inspectors over where his driver had parked.
The dispute began at about 8:30 p.m., as Wallace was leaving a Manhattan restaurant, WCBS-TV reported. Wallace, 86, saw two inspectors interviewing his driver, who they said was double-parked.
The Taxi and Limousine Commission said Wallace became "overly assertive and disrespectful" and interfered with the inspectors, according to WCBS.
At one point, Wallace lunged at one of the inspectors, according to the commission. The other inspector then handcuffed Wallace and drove him to a police station, where he was issued a summons for disorderly conduct. He was later released.
Luigi Militello, the restaurant manager, told WCBS that the inspectors "manhandled" Wallace during the dispute.
CBS said in a statement Tuesday that Wallace was at home and that more information would be released if it became available.
Richard Leibner, a spokesman for Wallace, did not immediately return a call seeking comment.

Hmmm....
This is not a good trend for us.

He's 86? Must have taken a Q-tip to subdue the fiend.
Cops can't stand people who question their authority. It makes their manhoods shrivel up. In their heart of hearts these cops would really like to be storm troopers, but since they were born 80 years too late they make do with being fascist transit cops.
Fascists? These officers are the folks on the front lines trying to prevent terrorist attacks on our streets - cabs and limos being particularly suspect.
Mike Wallace ignored their repeated requests to step aside so they could question the illegally-parked driver. Kudos to them for arresting the self-important schmuck.
like Bill Moyers,ANOTHER LIBERAL DRUNK
He has "manhandled" many ,who he has ambushed on camera, now they put the cuffs on his bully mouth!
