Frankly speaking, there is not even an armistice between
Taiwan and China, let along any peace treaty.
They are at war all the time.
Even if the Taiwanese consider that seriously, they can not compete with the mainland ultimately. Their economy is far away behind their counterpart and they are losing stake. So even if they buy this time willingly, they will be reluctant next time. Their complain clearly showed they could not afford the competition.
Sounds like a very plausible scenerio. I bet at the end , China attacks Russia directly. I'll have to read the series, it sounds great!
I am finishing Volume V now (by Labor Day)...all in all there are over 2000 pages of World War military action, cutting edge technology, geo-political thriller, and real people story.
I admit up front that the series is written fron a U.S. Constitutional, moral foundation angle. It pits that, and how thing should be, against how things are and the dangers of living in a post 911 world.
Please let me know what you think of it...and feel free to read what other readers think HERE
Right on bro. I wish that your books would not truly come to life in the real but the world sure looks like it is heating up in the wrong direction.
Your thoughts on Russia? My vote has been they have never been our friends.
