Berger despite a current criminal investigation. Waxman is upset because Ashcroft is cooperating??

I FReeped his @$$, I mean, NOSTRILS, in Westlake Village, CA about three or four months ago. He was having a fundraiser, OUT OF HIS DISTRICT, with about 40 people, and I stuck my head in the door and called him a liberal scumbag, and then pointed my finger and sneered through the window, interrupting his speech, and distracting everyscum listening to his @$$-clown-ness.

These grandstand plays by Waxman and his ilk will only end when Ashcroft and the administration take off the gloves.
Enough nicey-nicey; charge Berger with multiple violations of National Security regulations regarding handling and transport of Sensitive Compartmented Information, slap the cuffs on him and ship him off to Levenworth for the next twenty years. Let the Rats scream and yell, and meanwhile find out who else was told what's in the info Berger removed (make a deal with Sandy, either that or spend the rest of his life with a roommate named Bubba).
When you have the names of the people Sandy revealed the info to, nail them too. Don't stop until every Rat on the Hill who ever heard anything that they didn't have clearance or need to know hides and hopes that the angel of doom passes over.
