Burn the haystack: Sweep and deport all illegal moslems. Deport all visa holders and naturalized moslems that committed visa fraud by lying about associations with radical groups. Keep only the most loyal and trustworthy. THEN the needle is much easier to find.
Do you have one that also shows their cities in Canada and Mexico?
(NAFTA zone)
Thanks.
There are certain materials Al Qaeda would use in a bomb. Presumably feed stores, agricultural and garden supply stores, Home Depot, Lowes, etc., keep an eye out for Middle Eastern types buying large amts. of fertilizer, etc. and drop a dime. Obviously small town airports, flying schools, etc., have already been warned. But ordinary citizens are the eyes and ears of the nation. Motel workers, restaurant workers and patrons, pay attention to what goes on around you and report anything suspicious. People taking an inordinate interest in bridges and tall buildings, etc.. Photographing or videotaping traffic patterns in cities, etc.. The ACLU will rush to their defense as they're arrested, strapping on that suicide bomb.
Bingo! We know what we NEED to know. Locally, the press have stated that we have some "known" targets of interest, but officially no one will say who these targets exactly are.
Ever vigilant!

No way 600 million people cross our borders every year. Gotta be a typo.
"They are needles in a haystack."
Maybe one should use a magnet and start profiling?
While Ridge may be out doing his best to track them down, traitorous morons like Norman Mineta at the Department of Transportation, the media, DNC and lunatics on the Supreme Court - undercut each and every one of his efforts.
Stupidity is a luxury that should have disappeared with our first disaster. Do the truly guilty ever pay?
