No, I am not aware the CBI expert concluded that therefore the accuser had a sexual encounter with the donor after she was with Bryant. I believe they're sticking strictly to DNA results.

My understanding was the outside lab was going to go to buttressing CBI findings in order to outweigh the defense theory, not, as the spin went, to find different findings.

She has 3 individual sets of DNA, and Kobe's is
miniscule. The other guy (the one after Kobe)
left his DNA on her legs and other body parts
for crying out loud. His was fresh.
