: ) Home but heading to the deck!
Welcome home Honey!
Hi. Me and the lovely Laura Earl are going out to watch the sunset!
Oh....THAT'S nice!!! Enjoy your evening!!!
I think Mr. Reagan would have been pleased.
How the heck did we miss each other?
Because you were busy before and during the ceremony, and Ironclad and I had to leave right afterwards to go to family functions we couldn't get out of. Sorry I missed talking with you for a bit, but when the hangar opens to display Air Force One and Marine One, we'll have to have another party at the library!
Downloading...1000 gallons? Sheesh, that's a small pool!
Okay, where'd you get the critters?
I haven't missed a rise or set in 20 years
You, sir, are a hopeless romantic and that is WONDERFUL!!!!!!
OK, knowing that, you MUST try to get to California. THERE IS NOTHING like watching the red sun set over the Pacific Ocean.
Nuthin'.
Some of the local sharks (Leopards, Smoothhounds) were caught local by another friend. The Garibaldi came from Mexico, but we released him here locally after they banned them from being collected.
The tank was 10'x4'x4' and the bio filter/protein skimmer/chiller-heaters/pumps/UV lights/Ozone generator/electronics took up half my two-car garage. Needless to say, it took a lot of work every day, and drained my Swiss bank account.
Unfortunately, the great quake of '94 turned my whole living room into a saltwater tidepool. Forunately, very few critters were lost, I had cleared the tank of corrals and most everything else except my breeding Hawaiian Dragon Moray eels, (of which one actually survived, eels are hearty!) for a Bonnethead shark I was going to put in there.
OK, enough for the thread, FReepmail me if you want any more info. Cheers! (as he lifts his beer glass) ....Henchster
Thanks for posting the pictures!
They are worth keeping, very nice memories!
I had no idea that FR's Jim Robinson was going around the country meeting Freepers until I started reading some other activism reports from the past few weeks!
Now I'm really glad I was able to go to the Reagan Library and the BBQ at your house. I'm so glad I didn't miss this.
What a wonderful thing for him to do. We freepers are really lucky people.
Thank you to the Robinson Family for being so loving and giving to us lurkers and freepers out here.
Free Republic is a very special place.
Long Live The Republic!
Stop saying that. You're making me miss California already, and I haven't even moved yet.
