There's a problem with that. It's in the term "hispanics". I know "hispanics" who grew up pretty north of the border, who speak no Spanish and have never been to Mexico. I'm not sure they could detect an imposter any better than a non-hispanic. Then you have blue-eyed blond "hispanics" -- maybe some from a country like Argentina who are not all that familiar with Mexicans or Arabs to tell one from another. Could a Guatemalan Indian who speaks very little Spanish be able to detect an Arab accent? Plus Arab terrorists would likely use "hispanics" like the violent drug cartels only to get them over the border and to their destination --- after that they'll head over to the muslim community and won't be any where near anymore "hispanics".
Ditto.
Of course he had it right - and HE was nailed to the cross because he was right.

Okay but look at that article ---- it is about the Saudi ties to terrorism being known since 1996 --- that was way back in the Clinton years and we had already been under several attacks during the Clinton years.
A lot of us think it was a mistake for Bush not to take the Saudis more seriously --- but Bush was only in the White House 9 months when they attacked us again and so forcifully --- in fact if he had gotten into office and started deporting Saudis right and left, there would have been outrage and all but the wisest of us would have thought Bush was some kind of anti-Muslim kook. Of course we all see better with hindsight vision.
I think it might be interesting to know what kinds of documents Berger stole and what information was destroyed from the Clinton years --- that's when all this really got off the ground.
Also --- many agree with Bush on issues like abortion, family values, tax refunds --- and he's certainly much much better than the democrats on these issues --- but 9-11 is one good reason we disagree with open borders and allowing any kind of people to come into this country and assuming they're all coming just to take jobs Americans don't want and to assimilate and become good Americans. We have to limit immigration to those who agree with the Constitution, who are not coming for the handouts, who will learn English and fit in. There has to be careful background checks on everyone coming into the country and we don't need to let every non-Christian type people in just to promote some weird kind of multi-culturalism.
The networks have much more important stories to to cover, like why did the evil Bush allow those brutal soldiers to put panties on the heads of terrorist prisoners, and why did the evil NASA people "leak" those terrible photos of John F'n in a bunny suit and what political advice would Michael Moore give to George W. Bush. Silly FReeper. You act as if this border stuff is important. You are such an insensitive, intolerant, xenophobic racist. < /sarcasm >
You only feel like they become lynch mobs, swampboy. And that's only due to your desire to sanction breaking the law. But then most people who make a habit of employing illegals always need to explain themselves: the laws are unfair, the illegals just want jobs, Americans won't work, etc.
