How can Bush criticize Kerry's achievements? Kerry doesn't have any achievements.

"I'm so frightened about what's happening to the country," said Joan Wagnon, 72, of Springfield.Don't worry, Joan. You're really old and will most likely die soon anyway, so you won't have to live much longer in the country that is frightening you so...
So smile.

Kerry doesn't have any achievementsOnly if you don't count bedding a rich politically connected wife.

Besides running a state bigger than most countries, nothing.

Missouri has lost nearly 40,000 manufacturing jobs since Bush took office, but the picture has improved markedly in the past year, with the labor force as a whole adding 83,000 jobs. And that would be a gain of 43,000 jobs, right???

Well, besides being governor of Texas, I'm not sure. Why not look at his record as governor and make up your own mind?

Har har har. Calling them "hundreds" of protesters is either delusional, or a lot more showed up after I left. The term "dozens" would be generous. Wish I'd taken a pic to document their ranks. Or rankness.

Sorry. I'm just losing patience with people who, through age and experience, should be smarter than that...

While Kerry was pursuing his high absenteeism from his day job, saving drowning hamsters, and marrying campaign funding over the last decade, Bush was running a huge budget, a huge state, and a huge job of building cooperative relations to move legislation.
To: buzzyboop
That's funny. I watched the speech this morning and the President didn't criticize Kerry's achievements at all. In fact, he pointed out that Kerry has failed to achieve much, if anything at all.

Business (oil and sports), a
successful marriage, served two terms as gov of a large and complicated state. (It is a rare thing to be re-elected to the gov-ship of Texas and to his credit.)
He didn't manage to marry any heiresses, though, or defame Vietnam vets.
Kerry's voting record is interesting because he didn't manage to vote very much, at all. Too busy being TerAYza's gigolo...

Bush criticizes... Here they go again. Anything Bush says the media will say he's attacking Kerry. Of course, Bush is not allowed to defend himself either against leftist attacks.

He governed a state that is the size of Germany with a population almost equal to that of Canada.
You might say he had a little executive experience.

Exactly. Of course, that would convert the title from a anti-Bush title to a anti-Kerry title.
