Please let me know if you want on or off my Pro-Life Ping List.
Maybe she should have her tubes tied now (or use birth control).
maybe there's a job for that Professor Singer wacko up in Canada.we could export one of our nuts since they sent us
Michael Moore.
Was the child okay after the botched abortion or isn't that important. It looks like it's all about the abortion not done properly and a "mother" making money off of it.

The botched abortion left her pregnant??? How about the unprotected sex she had...
Sounds like a 'wrongful life' lawsuit.
I guess some women were born to breed.
What happened to adoption?
He said the woman would have "the joy she derives from the presence of this child in her life."
This is outrageous! Why is this heathen being allowed to keep and raise this child in her GOD-less household? Once a child killer - always a child killer. If I lived in Canada I'd be protesting outside of her house.
"Was the child okay after the botched abortion..."
I was wondering the same thing. The child had to have suffered some kind of long term physical damage, but of course, the article doesn't mention anything about it.
You must have missed the part about the abortionist doing the abortion without removing her IUD....
In all seriousness, this DR. should be barred from ever practicing medicine again - what an idiot (but I'm grateful he was unsuccessful in murdering that baby!).
And I have NO sympathy whatsoever for the woman. If I were the judge, I would have yanked the Dr.'s license to practice, but awarded the woman ZERO - Then again, that may be why I'm not a judge!
There are (and have been) all the birth control methods one can think of, available to anyone. NO REASON, whatsoever for abortions, either. JMO.
>>In 1996, she discovered she was pregnant, despite using birth control.
This infant survived both birth control AND abortion. Truly, this is a child of GOD!
Those who do not believe in miracles simply close their eyes to them.
She was using birth control, she had an IUD.
An IUD is an "intra-uterine device", a small device that sits just inside the uterus and interferes with fertilization. This doctor was certainly a quack to not know (or care) she had one.
That's her story. All the more reason for tubal ligation.
NICE!
