One of Burger's supporter on Hannity and Colmes wouldn't stop ranting. He tried to tell the viewers everyone in Washington has the same classified papers as Burger. I quess he meant the 911 commission. He repeatly said Burger didn't stuff documents into his socks.
Sometimes you have to give folks a lot of rope for them to really hang themselves. I think that the goofy left will figure out perhaps the President is a lot smarter than they have given him credit. In combat you always error on the side of caution...it appears the Dumbcrats have forgotten that tidbit of information.
This Berger crime wasn't committed to give Kerry briefings for sure. It extends all the way up the Rat food chain. Can you say "Vince Foster" when thinking of Sandy Berger?
I think CNN was repeating the accusation, whereas Fox reported in writing that the lawyer admitted the socks scenario...which leads me to believe this was a justice dept. leak as the lawyer was probably working on some plea issue and had to write the facts in a letter to justice...most plausible explanation to me.
