My head is spinning.

Problem is, the RATs don't give a happy d**n about ethics or corruption or dishonesty.

No, it's like this: He was putting the sock in his pants (trying to imitate Gore on the cover of Rolling Stone) but it wasn't enough so he needed to stuff the sock with the documents. That's his story and he's sticking to it.

In other words he forgot to bring a potato. Speaking of runty little democrat apparatchiks stuffing classified material in their pants [the Freudians would say this is a blatant attempt to get a second look otherwise not forthcoming] who can forget the similar case of William A Dobrovir? He was one of Dash's minions who stuffed some of the Nixon White House tapes [then under various protective orders] in his pants and then spent the evening flitting from one Georgetown salon to the next announcing, "I've got the hottest thing in town in my pants". Naturally he was never punished for this illegal use of classified material to which he had access.

Tom Daschle is saddened.

I guess by now Kerry has received his copy of the Arkancide handbook and is thumbing through it even as we post our comments. Sheesh, this is just a disgrace imho.

The Clintons detonated a mortar in the Kerry campaign. They're keeping the car bomb dry for awhile. They know all his skeletons better he does.

I don't remember classified documents being involved in Watergate.

Kerry denied ever hearing of classified documents. How would he know what was classified unless he knew? I hope that's self explanatory.

Exactly. But the fact remains that Al Gore invented trouser stuffing.

"Is putting documents in your socks considered inadvertant? Or maybe its just weird?"

It's WEIRD to even suggest that the deliberate smuggling of documents out of a facility was not done on purpose.

It's an absolute insult to anyone with average intelligence to accept the crap about Bergers stuffing his pants and socks with classified material as "inadvertant". He knew what he was doing. A serious breach of intelligence..

He needs to go to prison.

"The Axis of Evil (Clinton-Style)!!"

"Secretary of Defense Cohen, President Bill Clinton, Secretary of State Albright, National Security Adviser Sandy Berger, holding room of the Ronald Reagan Building, April 25, 1999

"We were all making comments we shouldn't have about how the meeting was getting very boring. So finally we decided we had to make like the monkey. Cohen started this 'hear no evil,' and then I was next so I spoke no evil, then Madeleine saw no evil, so Sandy Berger said, 'I'm evil.'" - Bill Clinton

Prescience, eh?!

It doesn't matter. Notes, originals or copies all were SCI. The Dems will try to confuse the country like the Medals vs ribbons flap.

The main thing here is he stole the documents. Was he trying to help the Kerry campaign or protect the Clinton legacy by hiding the information from the 911 commission?

Remember, Clinton had the military fly 300,000 flights over Iraq while Al Queda trained 18,000 recruits in nearby Afghanistan. The 911 bombers entered the country under his watch.

Kerry shut down his web links to Joe Wilson last week; now he's having to separate himself from Berger.

Isn't Joe Wilson also on the Kerry team? Will he be the next to have to go?
