Shouldn't the title of the article really be:
"DNC Icon Lenin Died of Syphilis" ??

Syphilis induced dementia? Another source I read indicated that it may have also led to psychotic cruelty.
The History Channel had an hour long treatise on Hitler's medical problems Sunday. The most likely theory was that Hitler had Parkinson's disease. A neurologist looked into Hitler's medications and studied 300 hours of films in chronological order and said that the dictator exhibited classic, progressive symptoms of Parkinson's. There was no effective treatment. The doctor opined that Hitler knew he had little time to live and that's why he made the reckless move of opening two fronts/invading Russia/the Final Solution, etc.--he tried to realize his goals before he died. Evidently, similar to Lenin, the last two years were spent in a virtual psychotic state.
The program did not try to excuse Hitler's evil but it did present an interesting backdrop for his actions.

So when will the Russian authorities FINALLY remove Lenin's embalmed body from Red Square and just have it buried somewhere? There is no reason to keep that relic of terror, oppression, and hatred of God on display.

How can Lenin's image be sullied by this? After all, it's just a small personal matter. Everyone does it, Lenin just got unlucky. Even nice people get venereal disease. I'm sure Lenin regarded it as no great stain.

Rather he died of a White's bullet or better a short rope to a long fall.
