Terrorism: any act of violence designed to create panic or terror in a population.

Regardless of who the perpetrator of this was this is an act of terror...

Whether it was domestic or outside it is scary that this is happening in the subway of NYC just before the convention. I wonder of the same things are happening in Boston?

And Prayers and Kudos to the cop for getting the two other people clear.

Sliwa had a brilliant riff on this subject the other day.

In order to grasp the ultimate stupidity of this ruling-and the precedent set by it-you have to consider the sheer volume of high-security public events held in New York City on a daily basis.

Presumably, these other social gatherings, e.g. sporting events, theatrical productions, concerts, etc., are protected by the same heretofore unrecognized 4th Amendment provisions that this senescent, radical jurist found to exist in this case.

If this asinine ruling were to be applied across-the-board, there's no telling how much havoc it could eventually wreak on our everyday lives.

Why do these imbeciles need to be given lifetime tenure, which is irrevocable, short of a resolution of impeachment by the House and a conviction assented to by sixty-seven members of the U.S. Senate?

Can't we find some sort of "Logan's Run" or "Wild in the Streets" solution to this problem?

Can't senile, quite possibly insane, justices in Marshall and Brennan mold be put out to pasture before they have the opportunity to inflict any more punishment on our nation's system of jurisprudence?

Yep the dry runs seem to be going on while a New York Judge is stopping the search of peoples belongings, If i were a New York Cop, I would use this as a go light for any search and let BLoomberg pass his own city law and Pitakee for NY State law, under home rule.

Ops4 God Bless America!

When was the last time a pipe bomb went off in a NY subway?

Of course this was a dry run. Let's be realistic here.

In the 1940's and 1950's...the MAD BOMBER...had a beef with Con Ed, the Power Company, on Workman's Comp...and he targeted mostly Public Telephone booths in the Subway.

He was encouraged to write letters to the NY Journal American by a reporter, George Carposi Jr, and as with the Unibomber, was caught and allowedto plead Guilty by Reason of Insanity.

Carposi later wrote "Clinton Confidential...the Climb to Power"

Yes, folks...DRY RUN!!!
