Don't laugh. I see 100's of "migrant workers" every morning on my way to work hanging out on the corners. I asked a beat cop about the situation and she told me that their hands are tied and instructed not to do anything. I am so pissed off about this. What the F5^& is so hard about sending these people back???
Hey,..but what GREAT workers they make! And they work for next-to-nothing!
