Officials are tight lipped due to embarassment; the disk was found in a classified computer they forgot to check. I work in a classified environment and there are disks and CDs, etc all over the place...throw a disk in a classified PC and it becomes classified. That must be some disk to cause such a news worthy item.

Funny how security enforcement varies from place to place. In the military, if you lost Top Secret material, you turn the place upside down and no one goes home until it is found. These folks just seemed to punch the timeclock and enjoy time with their families.
Same with the Sandi Berger affair. Get observed in a SCIF stuffing documents in you socks and you won't make it out the door!
