But marriage is not an inherently private matter. It is the basic building block of our society. I believe that experience has shown, the idea that marriage is merely a contract between tow people (i.e. no-fault divorce) has been incredibly destructive to our society.
BTW, do you favor legalization of polygamy, non-procreative incest (between either sterile male and female relatives or same sex relatives?).
