This column was a pleasure to read-and her main thrust was exactly on target.

Hey, I agree with you, Jus, but I don't have those secret caches of Coulter photos that some here seem to. I just wait for my technological superiors to come through.

The article on Wilson's website
where Kerry calls for a special Counsel to investigate the White House is Missing.

Same:

PLease go to these web sites, and send "your thoughts" to them. Also, the toll free number to donate to Kerry is 1-866-45-KERRY. I am going to call and give them my 2 cents (They are all Hatriots).

Yep. It has been a nice couple of days watching the wind being taken out of Wilson/Plame's sails. No more glossy magazine covers for them.

"Why does Ann Coulter have more balls than most of the men in the GOP leadership?"

Because the only people who are allowed to be men are women.

Holy heck! I've seen Ann be somewhat nasty before, but this practically has smoke rising from it!

Can't think of a better subject for it.

She implies that Tenet sent Wilson. He did not.

That's not how I interpreted her statement. Re-read her comment.

When presented with the memo from his wife recommending him for the job, Wilson said only that his wife was not the one who made the decision to send him to Niger. This cleared up the matter for anyone who had been under the impression Wilson was married to George Tenet.

I think she is saying the opposite. But I admit it is a confusing passage.

Here it is, thanks Sherm... From Boston Herald 10/25/03

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1007776/posts

"Wilson also acknowledged that he has been advising Kerry on foreign policy for about five months. Yes, that would put it before Wilson started criticizing President Bush for the line in his State of the Union message about Iraq seeking uranium from Niger for use in Saddam Hussein's nuclear program. (Wilson was the one sent to Niger by the CIA to investigate the charge, but insists he found no evidence of same.)"

Any word on a release date for Ann's next book?

Post #9 - I remember the Sista Soulja episode too. One thing about Xlinton - he was a master politician. He basically told the Jesse Jackson wing of the Rat party to go take a hike.

" Merely being an ass shouldn't cause many problems for the country – except that: One political party embraced the ass. "

My favorite line ping. There is a triple pun on "ass" here; can you find all three?

As far as the confusing line, it does not say George Tenet sent him--it says George is not his wife. Wilson says he was not sent by his wife. She says this clears it up for those who thought George Tenet was his wife; ie that George Tenet sent him. But that is what these supposed people think. This doesn't mean that is what Ann thinks or wants us to think. Ann is on a humorous riff and is making fun of Wilson's irrelevant statement--which is contradicted by his wife.

Ann at her best! ... "Wilson have, thus far, managed to avoid treason. Merely being an ass shouldn't cause many problems for the country – except that: One political party embraced the ass."

Thanks marron. Rush pointed out yesterday that Kerry should be asked what he knows about Wilson and Plame's intential lies and when did he know it.

Indeed.

In yet another testament to the wisdom of the market, all Wilson's "jobs" seem to be unpaid.

Nice zinger!

Way to lop off his head Ann.

Didn't '60 minutes' do a segment on Joe Wilson and the Bush lied angle? If so, I'm sure they'll be running a retraction very soon.

Or I could die of old age first. One of the two.

I agree with shethink.

Ann is stating,(in a sarcastic manner), that obviously Wilson's wife got him the assignment.

....Please keep Clinton in the "most reviled of all time" category. It is dangerous to start saying the puppets are worse than the puppet-master....

Well said!
