I just rented Cold Mountain. Per your logic, Nichole Kidman and Jude Law should be arrested for the nude love scene they did in that movie.
If I did, it wouldn't be my contention, it would be a statement of fact.
By your logic, all a pimp has to do to make his whorehouse legal is install cameras in every room.
"Sexual images for money."
Does this include the SI swimsuit issue? Any photos of woemna flashing cleavage? Playboy?
Not if the law where they produce the product doesn't make the production of such products illegal.
It's the act of sex that is illegal, not the making of the film.
You should be arrested for renting Cold Mountain!
You say that most porn is already legal. Well, yeah, kinda. Not legal like milk is legal, though.
If porn moves from the adult bookstore at $69.95 per video to the local 7-11 at $14.95 per video, porn producers will be looking to invest in any remaining high profit (illegal) business.
In my opinion.
Did I say "booze related"?
The fact of the matter is, a lot of prostitution goes on in society. Hell, apparenly the Mall of America is having a problem with middle-class teenage girls hanging out in the hopes that older guys will pay them for sex with clothes and other consumer products.
Vice squads tend to target the prostitution that harms others, such as street corner prostitution that leads to public lewdness. Most places, vice cops tend to ignore victimless prostitution such as escort services, happy ending massage parlors and high-end brothels. Cops are realistic about this sort of thing.
You can say it all you want, but it is NOT illegal.
That would tend to eliminate everything. Some people are not turned on by bikini stuff but others are turned on by shoes. It' be more than satisfied if hard core and simulated hardcore were banned. That alone becomes a difficult definition thing. There are so many categories of porn on the web it shows just how sick our society is.
Tailgunner,
I would say that you are so concerned about this because you are afraid of your own sexuality.
The porn in the adult bookstore is just as legal as the porn at 7-11 right now. The $69.95 price tag is solely the asking price; said price is being given by the customer.
If you pay some other guy to have sex with a prostitute while you watch, all three of you are guilty of a crime. Filming it doesn't make it legal.
No, I should be arrested for letting my wife talk me into renting Moulin Rouge.
girls and dtrs apparently don't matter as long as their someone else's dtrs....
but just don't turn my little boy into a prostitute/drug addict/pervert....
yep...when the young boys are made into animals, then we will see change.....
"Well, I don't understand the connection between McDonald's and adult bookstores .....
And where does Burger King fit into all this?"
There is an old joke about Ronald McDonald and Wendy's, but it's probably not appropriate for this thread.
yes it is.
No doubt about it. Capitalism rocks.
