This story has legs if you ask me.
So he trades in a life of preaching hate in Iran for a life of preaching hate in Saudi, back with his Sunni brothers. More smoke and mirrors from the Saudis.
Let them kill their own defectors, less ammo we'll have to use...
I do not think that there are any "official newsletters" from aQ today. Read a description of the world according to ObL by Brian Jenkins

The Saudi amnesty was only for those who are said not to have "blood on their hands."
I think the amnesty offer in that form was made by the Iraqi Prime Minister and President. The Saudi offer may have been unconditional.
He has amnesty as long as he didn't commit rape or murder. He might be able to give dtails on where OBL likes to hide out....that would be good info.
I'm hoping OBL gets captured in early October.
LOL!!! Luckily for me she doesn't have any!!!!
All kidding aside, I have severely cut back on the amount of news on the TV since school got out...just too much stuff that a 6 year old just doesn't need to see or hear constantly.
As for OBL...........God forgive me, but I really do wish ill on him.....but I would like to catch him alive.
The Bush Doctrine: One major attack on American Soil = two terrorist supporting governments. Since there are at least four first rank suspects -- Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran and North Korea -- it's tough for them to know if they're at the top of the list.
I know who this is.....it's the guy on the Bin Laden tape when he talked about the 9/11 attacks.
He is seen sitting on the floor and Bin Laden is shown kissing him on the check.
News of OBL sidekick giving up, 500 arrested in Iraq, and the other 20 in Iran if it pans out will deal a heavy blow to our enemies emotional well being, not to mention their infrastructure and available recruits. hehe
And imagine the intel that is about to break lose like a hole in a bulging levee leading to even more arrests.
It would suck to be a democrat today.
Maybe I'm getting all my amnesties confused . . . .
But see post #105.
". . . if you give yourselves up, you'll get no trouble from us, in terms of the death penalty, but you will still have to face the relatives on the sharia law and, if they choose to inflict the death penalty, it will be carried out,. . ."
On the surface of it, it is not unconditional.
Off with his lips...
My my, like they were Democrat presidential running mates.
It sucks to be a democrat.......
There I fixed that for you!!!!!
You know who this is Cap.....we have all seen the video.
" . . . kissing him on the check." ???? ;-)
"...was seen and heard on the tape paying effusive tribute to Bin Laden and flattering him with news of Saudi clerics who, he said, had endorsed the Sept. 11 attacks in their sermons, fatwas and other messages."
The Saudi amnesty plan might prove a pretty good idea in the long run, provided justice is served.
