Noble as the idea of a white homeland is, it will never work. The opportunity for entrenching that in the SA constitution was declined by De Klerk and his henchmen prior to the first elections. All efforts since was greeted with derision by the ANC. Orania has little chance of flourishing, and will for the foreseeable future be a dusty little town with no real quality of life.

Investment isnt the only way to immigrate to Australia.The current immigration intake is overwhelmingly directed at those with university degrees and high level english skills(Our three biggest immigrant groups are British,Kiwi and South African,alot of whom are Jewish.)
If you want to stay around South Africans,you should look into Perth.If you prefer cooler weather think NSW southern highlands(close to Sydney),Adelaide or Tasmania.Most immigrants come directly to Sydney,but housing is very expensive and the size can be overwhelming(Sydney is,geographically,the biggest city in the world).
