Can you point me in the direction of Rand's assertion of and claim to "individuals rights?"

(I'm guessing she does not hold the Declaration in the same esteem as the Constitution.)

But if you don't mind spoiling the surprise ... how did she rationalize the mention, even, of God ... much less the notion "rights" were God-given or designed a part of human nature?
