that movie was a dog. a lame dog. a dog that got hit by a semi, in the rain, while picking his momma up at the jail.

I demand a half-hour rebuttal.
Immediately "ping" all of the "Howard The Duck" devotees who belong to this website!
We'll see who has the last word on this issue.

Howard the Duck devotees? Lea Thompson was a serious babe in that flick.

Now I've read anything, only YOU could turn a Jim Rogan thread into a discussion about the worst movie of the 1980s.

The funny thing is, Jim Rogan was actually one of my favorite congressman.
(Sigh.)
I even hurt the ones I love so dearly.
(Teardrop.)

The funny thing is, Jim Rogan was actually one of my favorite congressman.Mine, too! I actually sent a check to his re-election campaign in 2000!
Then again, I wound up "adopting" another House Manager as my congresscritter, to help me try to forget that Jerry "The MOAB" Nadler is my actual one... :(

Jerrold Nadler: (Not as fat. As obnoxiously leftist as before, just not as fat.)
Jeffrey Jones?
The name rings a bell.
Fill me in on who this "Jones" you speak of is.

Jones is a distinguished acotr who is probably best known for his work with Tim Burton, appearing in Beetlejuice, Sleepy Hollow and Ed Wood (as Criswell), although his part probably remains the Emperor in Amadeus. He recently was in the news for failing to register as a sex offender, after being convicted for posession of kiddie porn.

Thanks for the information.
The name wasn't really ringing any bells, but now that you've mentioned some of his flicks, I recognize the actor.
Hadn't heard about the sex conviction though.

I heard him on the radio yesterday, and am looking forward to reading his book!
I had the pleasure of meeting his brother and brother's wife at a friend's birthday party several years ago, maybe during the impeachment period. I was mighty impressed with him as well.
