Claudia wanted all of the Army to COO.....Consideration Of Others. I'd love to see a reporter take a tack with her in an interview where Claudia is taken to task for not having given enough COO training to the seven knuckleheads at that prison. I'd say she's more directly responsive for their behavior than Bush (which is a line of BS she's been spouting on TV).
